Hello to all! sorry i've not been blogging a whole lot lately. I am happy to report that i am now down to 130 lbs. yes, girls that's right, i've lost a total of 19 1/2 lbs. It really started coming off when i quit drinking juice and pop and made water my bestfriend. Of course, tom and i are exercising regularly too. It's so great to NOT fit into my size 10 clothes anymore!!! I think it's time for a little shopping! Oh...another thing i wanted to share is that my mom has been on the Dr. Phil diet and she has a very hard time loosing weight. Well, on this diet she has lost a total of 18 lbs. already. Thought i'd share that with you all. Keep working!!! You can do it!!!

Good for you Amanda!!! Your hard work has paid off so good! It is so much fun to go shopping for new clothes because you are to SMALL for your old ones!
What is the Dr. Phil diet? I have never heard of that.
TERRIFIC job, girl! Wow, that's a LOT of weight to lose! Keep up the good work at keeping it off. I want to see some pictures of your new clothes . . . I can't wait 'til I can join you in a size 8.
heather: Dr. Phil has a book out with his diet. I haven't read it so I'm not sure what it's all about. I know that my parents have commented that the diet uses a lot of fresh foods...so there is a lot of prep. work. But it certainly has worked.
Alicia: hey thanks! Maybe i'll post some pictures some time. Just keep working at loosing those pounds and you'll join me in no time!
You lost almost 20 pounds!?!?! Way to go!!! Do you have any before and after shots for us to see?
