Yesterday was a pretty big accomplishment for me. Tom and i decided to get up in the morning together and do the Biggest Loser dvd. Yesterday i was pretty proud of myself for getting up at 6:15am and working out. Today however was difficult to get up but we determined to put the dvd in tonight and still do our workout. I'm glad that we're able to do the dvd together and help each other out in that way to be physically fit. So far i've been weighing in pretty consistently at 138 lbs. and just need to continue to be consistent with exercise. I know that i've been able to tell that i've lost weight b/c my clothes are fitting better and Tom has been able to tell that i've lost weight too. Hurrah!!! That's always encouraging when you can start to see a difference.

yeah for you guys! How fun that you can do the dvd together! I bet that helps your morale and your accountability. What's your final weight goal? Sounds like you are close to it. 138 is my goal - you're already there! :) How cool, keep up the great work.
alicia--i am almost there to my goal. I'd like to be anywhere from 130-135 lbs. So, only 3 more pounds and i'm down to the
high-end of my weight. That just seems to be where i'm most comfortable with myself.
It is nice to have tom do the exercise with me...it pushes me to do more...instead of taking breaks and only going 20 min. i am more apt to do 30 min. Great accountability too.
The past two days though, we've been struggling to get out of bed and haven't done it because we're too tired. But i think we'll get to bed earlier tonight so that we can get up tomorrow.
